Shalby Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors Shalby Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022 has recommended to the members a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%), will be paid subject to approval of members in the ensuing 13t h Annual General meeting of the Company.
