V-Mart Retail Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of V-Mart Retail Ltd has considered and recommended the dividend of 7.5% i.e. Rs. 0.75 (seventy-five paisa only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend proposal shall be placed before the members for their due consideration and approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
