Chandra Prabhu International Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Chandra Prabhu International Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 23, 2022 have approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (i.e 15% of the Face Value of Rs. 10/-each) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
