Coal India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd in its meeting held on date had recommended payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 @ 3/- per share of the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL in its meeting held on date subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 180.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 182.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 483111 in over 4865 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 185.50 and intraday low of 180.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87926728.00.
