Nakoda Group of Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Nakoda Group of Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, have recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.15/- (Rupees Fifteen Paisa Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each for the Financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
