GMM Pfaudler Ltd Board recommends Bonus Issue & Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of GMM Pfaudler Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, has considered and recommended issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 2 (Two) new equity shares for every 1 (One) existing equity share held, subject to approval by the shareholders and any other regulatory approvals.

The board also recommended final dividend of INR 3/- per equity share on 1,46,17,500 equity shares [having a face value of INR 2/- each] (pre-bonus), which translates to INR 1/- per equity share on 4,38,52,500 equity shares [having face value of INR 2/- each] (post-bonus) for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 59% Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Total dividend for financial year 2021-22 (including interim dividend) would be INR 6/- per equity share (pre-bonus) compared to INR 5/- per equity share (pre-bonus) paid in financial year 2020-21.

Shares of GMM Pfaudler Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4511.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4671.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2666 in over 1286 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4650.00 and intraday low of 4487.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12113117.00.
