Sicagen India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Sicagen India Ltd, at its meeting held today, has recommended equity dividend @ 2.5% (25 paise per share) for the year ended 31 March 2022 and the payment of said equity dividend shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
