CG-VAK Software and Exports Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of CG-VAK SOFTWARE AND EXPORTS LIMITED at its meeting held today, the 25th May, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per share of Rs. 10/- each (10% on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
