Simplex Realty Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Simplex Realty Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e 25.05.2022 has approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share. The dividend if approved by the Members at the ensuing 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be paid with 30 days from the AGM.
