Sanghvi Movers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sanghvi Movers Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 50% of the face value) for the financial year 2021-2022, subject to the approval by the Members of the Company at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
