Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, has considered and recommended a dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs. 0.15 per equity share of face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2021-22 on expanded capital after two bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2 in FY 2020-21 and in the ratio of 2:5 in the FY 2021-22 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
