Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited has, at its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, May 24, 2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1/- (50%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- for the financial year 2021-22 to the shareholders for declaration at the forthcoming 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
