Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the Ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Final Dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM to those Members entitled thereto.
