Anupam Rasayan India Ltd to raise Rs. 800 crores through QIP

The Board of Directors of Anupam Rasayan India Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today, i.e. May 24, 2022, has considered and approved the raising of funds for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 8000 million through issue of equity shares by way of a qualified institutions placement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable laws and subject to approval of the Company's shareholders and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.

Shares of Anupam Rasayan India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 759.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 759.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60517 in over 2181 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 766.30 and intraday low of 750.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45750491.00.
