Uniphos Enterprises Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5.65

The Board of Directors of Uniphos Enterprises Ltd ("Board") at its meeting held today i.e., on Tuesday, 24th May, 2022, has recommended dividend of Rs. 5.65 (i.e., 282.50%) per equity share on equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, subject to deduction of tax at source and approval of members at the ensuing 53rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The dividend will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of the AGM.
