Grasim Industries Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Grasim Industries Limited at its meeting held on 24th May 2022, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2022 and a special dividend of 5 per equity share, taking the total dividend to Rs. 10 per equity share (of face value of Rs. 2 each), subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
