Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 10.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 100%) of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the year ended on March 31, 2022. Upon approval of the Dividend by Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Dividend declared at the AGM will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
