Rushil Decor Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Ltd has, at its meeting held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 (i.e. today), considered and recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.50 (Fifty Paisa) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. This proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of next Annual General Meeting, the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend and the date of payment will be intimated separately.
