Pitti Engineering Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.85

The Board of Directors of Pitti Engineering Limited at its meeting held on 23rd May 2022 has recommended a final dividend of 85 paisa (17%) per equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended 3l March 2022 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting.

The Company had earlier declared interim dividends of 37.50 paisa on 5th August 2021; 40 paisa on 8th November 2021, and 40 paisa on 11th February 2022. The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2022 amounts to Rs. 2.025 (40.50%) per share.

Shares of Pitti Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 275.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 285.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66343 in over 3920 trades.
