Nikhil Adhesives Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Nikhil Adhesives Limited at its meeting held on Saturday, 21st May, 2022 has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on 31 March, 2022, which will be subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
