Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd, in their meeting held today i.e. on 21st May, 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Re. 1/-per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 ended on 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
