Karur Vysya Bank Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.60

The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 20, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.60 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 80%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
