Rishiroop Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Rishiroop Limited have recommended dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (subject to deduction of tax at source) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid/dispatched within the statutory period as prescribed under Companies Act, 2013.
