The Board of Directors of HeidelbergCement India Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2022, has Recommended Dividend of Rs. 9 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each (90%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, which is subject to declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
