Ester Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.90

The Board of Directors of Ester Industries Ltd at its meeting held on Friday, 20th May, 2022, have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.90/- (Rs. One and Ninety paisa only) per equity share for the year ended on 31st March 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
