Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd at its meeting held on 19th May, 2022 has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 0.10 per fully paid share of Rs 10/- each of the Company and dividend on partly paid shares will be paid @ Rs 0.025 per partly paid share of Rs 2.50 each for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to necessary approval by the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
