Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd at its meeting held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per equity share on face value of Re. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
