Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited at its meeting held today i.e., May 19, 2022, approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 /- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 500%) for the financial year 2021-22. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
