Manappuram Finance Ltd announces resignation of Non-Executive Director

Mr. B N Raveendra Babu, vide letter dated May 18,2022, has tendered his resignation as, Non-Executive Director of Manappuram Finance Ltd and is stepping down as director from the Board with effect from May 18,2022.

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 18,2022, noted the communication and appreciates the services rendered by Mr. Raveendra Babu, during the tenure of his service both as Executive and Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 104.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 373982 in over 4286 trades.
