Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.70

The Board of Directors of Shyam Metalics And Energy Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today, i.e., May 18, 2022, has recommended Final dividend of Rs. 2.70/- per Equity Share, being 27% of the Face Value of Rs. 10.00/- each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for the payment of Final Dividend shall be announced in due course.

The above Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.25 per share declared on two occasions on 08th November, 2021 and 09th February, 2022, and paid on 24th November, 2021 and 04th March, 2022, respectively.

Shares of Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 342.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 329.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60436 in over 3800 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 346.45 and intraday low of 324.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20213866.00.
