ITC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6.25

The Board of directors of ITC Ltd at the said meeting has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 6.25 per Ordinary Share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 111th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company convened for Wednesday, 20th July, 2022; the Final Dividend, if declared, will be paid between Friday, 22nd July, 2022 and Tuesday, 26th July, 2022 to those Members entitled thereto.

The above Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.25 per Ordinary Share declared by the Board on 3rd February, 2022.

The board has fixed Saturday, 28th May, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for payment of Final Dividend.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 266.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 264.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 535716 in over 8709 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 267.65 and intraday low of 263.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 142163263.00.
