The Business and Finance Committee of BLS International Services Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., 18th May, 2022, has allotted 10,24,50,000 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each in the ratio 1:1 (One) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every (One) Equity Share of Re 1/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date (May 17, 2022).
