HB Stockholdings Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of HB Stockholdings Ltd at its meeting held on 18th May, 2022 recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.10%) for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders of the Company registered in the Register of members of the Company as on the record date to be decided, within 30 days from the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting. The record date for payment of dividend and the date and time of the 35th Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course.
