IOC fixes July 1, 2022 as record date for 1:2 bonus issue

The Board of directors of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has recommended issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. One new bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every Two existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot.

The board has fixed 1st July 2022 as record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive bonus shares.

Shares of Indian Oil Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 124.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1384003 in over 11697 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.00 and intraday low of 121.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170243687.00.
