NOCIL Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of NOCIL Ltd at its meeting held on May 17, 2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3 per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 30% of the face value) which is subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the 60th Annual General Meeting to be held on July 23, 2022.
