IVP Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of IVP Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs. 1.5/- per share) on Equity shares of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The said dividend, if declared by the members at the 93rd Annual General Meeting will be credited / dispatched within the prescribed time as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of IVP Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1761 in over 123 trades.
