Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on May 17, 2022, recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Fifty Paisa) per equity share of Re.1 each for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid / dispatched on or before September 8, 2022.

Shares of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 477.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 464.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40419 in over 2526 trades.
