MPS Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The board of directors of MPS Limited have recommended a Final Dividend of INR 30 per Equity Share of INR 10 each of the Company, which shall be paid/dispatched within 5 working days from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, The Board has fixed Monday, June 20, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.
