APM Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of APM Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2022 has recommended the Dividend of Re. 1.00 /- (i.e. 50%) per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
