Kajaria Ceramics Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Limited at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The said final dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration at the said AGM of the Company.

Shares of Kajaria Ceramics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 942.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 968.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2860 in over 570 trades.
