Bajaj Electricals Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Bajaj Electricals Ltd at its Meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend at the rate of Rs.3.00 per share (150%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 83rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, July 30, 2022 to Friday, August 12, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing AGM and payment of dividend to be declared thereat.

Shares of Bajaj Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 913.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 909.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3192 in over 678 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 926.00 and intraday low of 905.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2916287.00.
