Indoco Remedies Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Indoco Remedies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 17-05-2022 has Subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 75th AGM, recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.25 per share (including a Special Dividend of Rs. 0.75) on face value of Rs. 2/- for the Financial year 2021-2022.
