The Board of Directors of Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited at the meeting held on May 16, 2022, has Recommended a final dividend @15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of members in the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
