Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd at its meeting held on May 16, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.12/- per equity share (i.e. 120%) on fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approvalofthe Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
