Panchmahal Steel Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board Of Directors of Panchmahal Steel Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e. on 16th May, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of Rs.10/-each fully Paid-up (@ 40%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval Of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
