Ami Organics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Ami Organics Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company, considered & approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs 3/- (Rs Three only, at the rate of 30%) per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up (subject to deduction of tax, if any) on 3,64,37,062 numbers of Equity Shares of the Company, for the FY 2021-22 which shall be subject to the confirmation by Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of Company.

Shares of Ami Organics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 981.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 938.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26224 in over 2992 trades.
