Century Plyboards India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Century Plyboards India Ltd at its Meeting held today, i.e., 16th May, 2022 has, recommended Dividend @ Rs.1.50/- (Rupee One and paise fifty) per Equity Share of Face Value Re.1/- each. Payment of dividend through RTGS / NECS / Dividend Warrants / Demand Drafts as the case may be shall be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book Closure date for the same shall be announced in due course of time.
