Carborundum Universal Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Carborundum Universal Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ended 31st March 2022.

The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 68th Annual General meeting, will be posted by August 25, 2022.

Shares of Carborundum Universal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 730.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 729.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4968 in over 1039 trades.
