Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of directors of Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd. have considered and recommended a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, at the rate of 400% i.e. Rs. 8/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, if declared, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the shareholders, within 30 days from the date of declaration.
