Alkem Laboratories Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 13th May, 2022, has, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The board has fixed that the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on 25th August, 2022 and the cut-off date for the purpose of the said Annual General Meeting has been fixed as 18th August, 2022.

The board also fixed 10th August, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 30th August, 2022.

Shares of Alkem Laboratories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2903.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2960.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51850 in over 3889 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3132.70 and intraday low of 2888.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 154539690.00.
